Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for White City, West London. You will perform electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance across a large estate, with a focus on critical building services. The role offers a salary up to £48,000 plus overtime and progression.

Applicants should be City & Guilds Level 2 Mechanical qualified, multi-skilled, and capable of excellent customer service. Monday–Friday work, with call outs and holidays outlined in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 Mechanical qualification required.
• Copy of trade certificates must be provided.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Candidate should be multi-skilled with strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance across the estate.
• Perform lighting, emergency lighting, AHU/FCU maintenance and fault finding.
• Electrical and building services tasks including water treatment and plumbing.
• Engage with tenants and maintain high service standards on site.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - White City, West London - Up to £48,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in White City, West London. My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a unique commercial estate in White City working across a large estate.

The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site (i.e. Bank, Blue chip office etc). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000 + overtime, further training and career progression.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• Building Fabrics - Tenant Requests
• FCU's - Maintenance & Filters

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
• Plenty of Overtime
• 25 Days Holiday + 1 Day for Birthday
• Call out 1 in 4
