CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting two Mechanical Maintenance Engineers for a prestigious West End estate in Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair, London. The role is site-based within a cluster of up to 25 buildings, offering a permanent position at £48,000 per annum on a Monday to Friday day pattern.

Working with an established team of 8–12 engineers, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance, monitor AHUs/FCUs, and coordinate subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Recognised mechanical trade qualification is essential.
• Copies of relevant trade certificates must be provided.
• Good communication skills and a client-facing manner are required.

Responsabilités

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a cluster of buildings.
• Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning.
• Plumbing repairs and unblocking.
• Monitoring the BMS.
• Escorting subcontractors on site.
• Keeping site log books up to date.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting two Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious estate portfolio in the West End, covering Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair. The successful candidates will be site based within a cluster of up to 25 buildings, working alongside an established team of between 8 and 12 engineers. In return, the company is offering a permanent position at £48,000 on a Monday to Friday day pattern.

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday


• 08:00 - 17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a cluster of buildings


• Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning


• Plumbing repairs and unblocking
