Key Requirements:

• 3rd Level Building Services / Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Trade background
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a site-based MEP role
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a high-performance team

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Mechanical activities are completed safely, prioritizing health and safety of all stakeholders
• Lead by example, promoting company health & safety policies and procedures
• Be aware of hazardous energies and site-specific management strategies (Lock Out Tag Out)
• Understand project Mechanical systems and monitor installation compliance with specifications and schedule
• Assist in developing project-specific commissioning plans
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance
• Coordinate room and area standards for CSA and MEP quality standards
• Provide stakeholders with necessary information for system installation progression
• Ensure contractors and vendors are adequately resourced
• Review construction schedules, focusing on Mechanical and CSA scopes to optimize program delivery
• Chair and contribute to project meetings
• Issue weekly progress and cost reports
• Manage subcontractor activities, tracking progress and manpower
• Review and ensure production of key project documentation by stakeholders
