AGH Solutions is seeking an Estates Maintenance Operations Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Estates team in Leeds, supporting the Airedale NHS Foundation Trust. You will coordinate pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks and assist on new works schemes, ensuring timely completion to a high standard.

The role involves managing resources such as direct labour, contract labour, materials and stores within cost limitations, with line management responsibility for Supervisors and tradestaff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure maintenance operations, repairs and minor improvements are completed on time and to acceptable quality.
• Manage resources (labour, materials, stores) within cost constraints and provide line management to Supervisors and trades staff.
