Tarmac Trading Limited in Wales is recruiting a Graduate Mechanical Engineer for the Aberthaw Plant. You will join a 3-year graduate scheme across the Cement and Packed Products team, delivering real projects and learning cement engineering, manufacturing and production through a structured development programme.

You will help ensure plant performance, address production bottlenecks, and analyse data to improve output, safety and environmental performance.

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Driving license and willingness to travel.
• Willing to work in different locations across UK and Ireland (and international assignments in the future).
• Desirable organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Passionate about working safely.

Responsabilidades

• Learn engineering craft and cement plant production through our development programme.
• Contribute to plant performance and address bottlenecks for better output.
• Analyse data to optimise plant performance and safety.
• Gain knowledge of integrating new systems into plant operations.
