Tarmac invites graduates to join its Process Engineering Graduate Programme at the Aberthaw cement plant, with a 3-year scheme across UK sites including Barry. You will gain hands-on experience in cement engineering, production and process optimisation while working on real projects and international assignments.

Essentially, a Chemical Engineering degree, driving license and willingness to travel across UK and Ireland are required.

Formación

• Degree in Chemical Engineering is essential.
• Driving licence required and willingness to travel across the UK.
• Willing to work at different locations across UK and Ireland (and future international assignments).

Responsabilidades

• Gain understanding of cement engineering, manufacturing and production through a dedicated development programme.
• Contribute to on-site projects, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Assist in monitoring key process data and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Rotate across UK/Ireland plants and participate in international assignments.
• Support delivery of continuous plant performance improvements.
