Tarmac's Tunstead Cement Plant in Buxton is recruiting a Graduate Process Engineer as part of the UK and Ireland Cement, Lime and Packed division. This 3-year graduate programme offers hands-on site experience, exposure to process bottlenecks, safety leadership, and cross-plant development across the UK cluster and international assignments.

You'll gain practical knowledge of cement production, participate in root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous plant performance while developing

Formación

• Essential degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Driving license and ability to travel.
• Willing to work in different locations across UK and Ireland (and international assignments in the future).
• Desirable organisational, communication and analytical skills.
• Desirable passion for working safely.
• Desirable motivation and eagerness for a challenge.

Responsabilidades

• Gain a detailed understanding of cement engineering, manufacturing and production on a dedicated development programme.
• Contribute to plant performance improvements and address production bottlenecks.
• Gain experience across plants in the UK & Ireland with potential international assignments.
• Assist in tracking key process parameters and analyse data to optimise performance.
• Lead safety improvements and actively promote safe working practices.
• Contribute to projects to improve ways of working and deliver value.
