Job summary

Join the Process Engineering Graduate Programme at Tarmac and kickstart your engineering career at our Aberthaw cement plant in Wales. You will work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn from leaders as part of a UK&I Cement, Lime and Packed division graduate scheme.

You will apply chemical engineering knowledge to improve plant performance, address bottlenecks, and contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable production across sites.

Qualifications

Essential: Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Desirable: Organisational, Communication and Analytical skills.
Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland (and international assignments in future).

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking key process parameters and analyse data to optimise plant performance.
Contribute to safety policy compliance and drive improvements on site.
Participate in the 3-year graduate scheme across our UK & Ireland cluster with potential international assignments.
Support in addressing production bottlenecks and improving output and environmental performance.
