Stantec is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Newcastle to help deliver mechanical designs for water and wastewater facilities. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and develop your technical capabilities while progressing toward Chartered Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience delivering mechanical design projects.
• Understanding of water and wastewater systems.

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Produce mechanical designs for water facilities and pumping stations.
• Prepare calculations, schedules, specs and docs.
• Support feasibility studies and detailed design.
• Collaborate with PMs, teams and clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reviews.
