Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a commercial London site. You will cover planned and reactive maintenance alongside the maintenance team, with duties spanning HVAC systems, emergency lighting tests, BMS monitoring, and plumbing tasks. Excellent client-facing skills are required for on-site interactions.

The role is on an on-going contract with early starts and two shift patterns, offering hands-on building services experience in a busy commercial environment.

Qualifications

Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2.
Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Client facing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Planned and reactive building maintenance.
HVAC systems maintenance and support.
Emergency lighting tests.
Control panels maintenance.
BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
Maintain and update log books.
Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
Pumps and motors maintenance.
