Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a commercial London site. You will cover planned and reactive maintenance alongside the maintenance team, with duties spanning HVAC systems, emergency lighting tests, BMS monitoring, and plumbing tasks. Excellent client-facing skills are required for on-site interactions.

The role is on an on-going contract with early starts and two shift patterns, offering hands-on building services experience in a busy commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 2.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client facing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive building maintenance.
• HVAC systems maintenance and support.
• Emergency lighting tests.
• Control panels maintenance.
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.
