Boden Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a permanent, on-site role near Oxford Circus, London. You will manage day-to-day maintenance, reactive repairs and small works across building M&E systems, ensuring PPM activity hits KPIs and SLAs.

A Mechanical Engineer is required for a permanent, static role near Oxford Circus, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across building mechanical and electrical systems.

You’ll manage day-to-day maintenance, emergency repairs and small works while ensuring PPM activity meets contractual KPIs and SLAs.

The Role

As the Mechanical Engineer, you’ll:

• Manage reactive works across building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Respond to site emergencies and complete remedial Help Desk requests.
• Coordinate and complete small works repairs across the site.
• Deliver planned maintenance in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate PPM records and keep the CAFM system updated.
