Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our Esher team as an Electrical and Mechanical Technician. Your role will be to perform a range of assigned front-line maintenance/operational activities on our sewage pumping stations in the Esher Surrey area.

This includes planned and preventative maintenance to support asset operation. You will receive your workload and respond to emergency alarms. You may work alone or as part of a team, emphasizing our high health and safety standards.

The role requires participation in a 1-week out-of-hours emergency standby rota every 6 weeks, with additional pay.

Base Location: Esher, Surrey, KT10 8AU.

Hours: 38 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 3:36 pm.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Time-served apprentice with significant experience in electrical systems in a multi-skilled capacity.
• ONC/HNC in engineering, NVQ, or C&G level 3 in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in maintaining, testing, installing, and fault diagnosing electrical plant equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety issues.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (training provided).
• Valid driving license; equipment provided.
