Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in delivering our tech-enabled future.

We provide full network cycle services for fixed, private, and mobile operators.

This role will be within our private networks. We identify the best technology, manage assets, and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we ensure everything runs smoothly, including comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep systems in top shape.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our technical support service team. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems that support telecom networks, data centres, and street cabinets. This role requires expertise in power systems, cooling solutions, structural design, and ensuring reliable operation of telecom infrastructure. You will be part of an on-call rota which is 1 out of 2 weeks.

What you’ll bring

• Strong understanding of telecom power systems (AC/DC power, rectifiers, inverters).
• Experience with HVAC systems, generator systems, and cooling technologies.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• PMS, EMS & BMS experience.
• UPS experience.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical engineering, preferably in telecommunications, data centres, or power distribution sectors.
