Overview

Do you live in or around the Leeds area? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? If so, we may have a role suited to you. We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Leeds site.

Salary: Up to £36,129 per annum, depending on experience
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, additional earnings through enhanced overtime, 4% bonus (targets achieved), smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

Responsibilities

• Support your dedicated site as the first point of contact for PPM and reactive M&E and general building services maintenance.
• Tasks may include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.
• Work autonomously, delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.
• Confidently carry out a range of mechanical tasks.

Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

• Essential: 18th edition or HVAC experience, relevant M&E Engineer role experience, strong communication skills, health & safety awareness.
• Desirable: F-Gas qualification, IOSH, plumbing experience, basic fabric skills, 2391 testing inspection.

Other Information

The role involves working 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, with a rotating shift pattern and on-call duties every 4 weeks.
