Job summary

Arcus FM Limited seeks a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer for field-based maintenance across a defined portfolio in the South London area. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies across multiple sites.

The role offers a competitive package including a company van, up to 4% bonus, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and ongoing training at our National Training Centre.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• 18th Edition is required or desirable.
• F-Gas, Test & Inspection and Unvented qualifications are desirable.
• Previous experience in retail or commercial environments preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.

• £36,910 or £42,447 (depending on experience)


• Full door-to-door pay


• Up to 4% bonus


• All overtime paid at time-and-a-half

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
