Job summary

The position requires independent work within a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with suppliers and customers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum within a hands–on design environment.
• Educated to HNC level in an associated mechanical/automotive discipline.
• Competent 3D CAD user with working knowledge of supporting software.

Responsibilities

• Design detailing, BOM compilation and drawing release.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers for high-quality, cost-effective products.
• Support product development with design reviews and VE activities.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
