Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and produce engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with sheet metal manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects from requirements through design, testing support, implementation and production handover.
• Create and update 3D models and 2D drawings for production-ready parts.
• Support design for manufacture to improve assembly efficiency and cost.
• Maintain CAD models, drawings, specifications and documentation aligned with changes.
• Carry out tolerance analysis to ensure real-world manufacturability.
• Manage engineering change requests across teams.
