The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our elite motorsport group in the United Kingdom. You will design mechanical assemblies, own projects end-to-end, and ensure production-ready information on materials, techniques and quality.
You will guide Graduate Designers and work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Applicants should have F1 or top-tier motorsport experience, a degree in Engineering, and proficiency in CATIA 3DX.
In this role you will be designing mechanical components and assemblies. Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.
