MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Mechanical Design Engineer for our successful client, a leading innovative manufacturing company offering high-quality and sustainable engineering solutions. As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will:

1. Design district network schemes and energy centres, including buried piping systems, energy centres, boilers, CHP units, thermal stores, plate heat exchanger assemblies, pumps, chillers, heat pumps, and auxiliary systems.
2. Produce tender scopes, specifications, bills of materials, and engineering calculations.
3. Provide technical support and design coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including business development and project managers, contractors, clients, and design consultants.

You will have:

• Good knowledge of SolidWorks
