South West Water Limited is seeking a Mechanical Craftsperson to maintain and repair water treatment assets, pumping stations and reservoirs. You will perform hands-on maintenance, fabricate parts, and work closely with operations to solve problems while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in a relevant technical discipline.
• Full understanding of RAMS to deliver safe maintenance.
• Experience with wastewater treatment processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment.
• Manufacture and fabricate parts and equipment.
• Provide detailed specifications for replacement parts.
• Assist operational teams with complex problem-solving.
• Ensure safety compliance using method statements and RAMS.
• Participate in standby/call-out rota.
