CBCR Ltd is working in partnership with our client to appoint a Working Mechanical Supervisor to act as the primary on-site lead for the mechanical package on a large extension and refurb project in Leicester. You will manage sub-contractors, design teams and other trades, coordinating daily installation, quality checks and safety compliance.

The role requires practical mechanical knowledge, leadership, problem-solving, good IT skills, reporting and strong communication to drive progress.

Qualificações

• Proven site supervision background in mechanical building services.
• Valid SSSTS & CSCS Card.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and design teams on site.

Responsabilidades

• Installation & coordination - Lead and work alongside site operatives, daily monitoring of installation progress.
• Quality assurance & inspection - Monitor installation against technical drawings and manage snag lists.
• Health, Safety & Compliance - Review RAMS and enforce permit to work systems.
• Reporting - Complete daily on-site logs and forecast material requirements.

CBCR Ltd is working in partnership with our client to find a Working Mechanical Supervisor to act as the primary on-site lead for the mechanical package on a large extension and refurb project in Leicester.

As main contact you will be responsible for all sub-contractors, design team and other trades whilst actively participating in the day-to‑day installation. In addition to a demonstrable practical, mechanical knowledge, this role suits someone with core skills in leadership, practical problem‑solving, IT skills, reporting and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Installation & co-ordination - Lead and work alongside site operatives, Daily monitoring of installation progress, close co-ordination with other trades
• Quality assurance & inspection -Monitor installation against technical drawings, undertake inspections of workmanship, manage snagging lists and support system testing and commissioning activities.
• Health, Safety & Compliance - Review and monitor RAMS, enforce site safety rules and ensure permit to work systems are followed
• Reporting - Complete progress reports / daily on-site logs and forecast on-site material requirements and call offs.

Typical Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience - proven site supervision background in mechanical building services in a fast-paced environment
• Valid SSSTS & CSCS Card
