Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and public health building services design.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge across mechanical and public health services.
• Experience working across multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the Building Safety Act and requirements relating to Higher Risk Buildings.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical and public health designs through various project stages.
• Support the estimating team with tenders for design and build projects.
• Work with the BIM team to develop spatially coordinated 3D models.
• Ensure designs comply with employer and statutory requirements.
