Job summary

Robertson Stewart Ltd is recruiting a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to support planned growth and expansion. The role involves travelling to customer sites, with a substantial portion of time at Manchester Airport and other sites as required, and performing PPM tasks and inspections.

The candidate should be skilled in BMS controls and HVAC systems, with experience in UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers and related equipment, and be able to work independently delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent.
• Experience with BMS controls and HVAC systems.
• Experience with UPS and standby power, lifts, boilers and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks as per SFG20.
• Perform inspections and complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6-monthly PPM tasks.
• Deliver high quality service and take pride in craft.

You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, Inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements.

Being a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.
