Calibre Search is seeking a Technical Services Manager (Mechanical) to lead the technical delivery of complex building services projects in the UK. You will coordinate design development, review submissions, and ensure compliance from pre-construction through commissioning, working with clients, consultants and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Mechanical/Building Services engineering with delivery focus.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and sustainability requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across pre-construction and live projects.
• Review technical submissions, RFIs, drawings and documentation for compliance.
• Drive programme delivery and integration of multidisciplinary design teams.
• Identify risks early and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to meet project specs and regulatory standards.
• Oversee commissioning strategies, ITPs and system validation documents.
• Maintain client, consultant, subcontractor and internal team communications.
