Job summary

Calibre Search seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of mechanical and electrical projects across live retail and commercial environments. You will drive delivery from survey through to final account, manage project teams, and safeguard client relationships while pursuing new opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction or facilities-related project delivery, with a track record in M&E, HVAC, decarbonisation and multi-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading M&E or building services projects in live environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, CVRs and final accounts.
• Strong client-facing and account management skills.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple M&E and building services projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Manage project managers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
• Ensure safety, programme, cost and quality across live environments.
