Qualifications

• Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong background in mechanical building-services design within a consultancy.
• Experience delivering HVAC and mechanical-services projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and delivery of building-services projects from concept to construction.
• Produce and review HVAC and mechanical-services designs.
• Perform heat load and ventilation calculations, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Prepare specifications, schedules, drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Mentor junior engineers and support client meetings.
