Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd in Redditch is seeking a Mechanical Assembler / Welder to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will perform mechanical assembly and welding tasks in a fast-paced environment, using hand and power tools, and following drawings and specifications.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a temporary to permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate (£13.50–£15.50). On-site location in Redditch.

Mechanical Assembler / Welder

Location: Redditch
Pay: £13.50 - £15.50 per hour, depending on skill level
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler / Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team based in Redditch.

This hands‑on role involves approximately 80% mechanical assembly and 20% welding within a fast-paced production environment.
