Workforce Staffing Ltd in Redditch is seeking a Mechanical Assembler / Welder to join a hands-on manufacturing team. You will perform mechanical assembly and welding tasks in a fast-paced environment, using hand and power tools, and following drawings and specifications.

The role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a temporary to permanent contract and a competitive hourly rate (£13.50–£15.50). On-site location in Redditch.

• Experience in mechanical assembly, welding, fabrication or manufacturing.
• Proficient welding skills.
• Confident in using hand and power tools.
• Able to interpret drawings and follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble doors and components mechanically with precision.
• Perform welding/ fabrication tasks as part of the manufacturing process.

• Conduct visual quality inspections throughout the process.
