Workforce Staffing in Redditch is seeking a Mechanical Assembler / Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The role involves roughly 80% mechanical assembly and 20% welding, in a fast-paced production environment.

We offer a temporary to permanent contract with pay £13.50–£15.50 per hour, depending on skill. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
