Job summary

The Job People in Albrighton, Wolverhampton area, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a permanent role. The position involves gearbox stripping with hand tools, use of power tools and grinders, and operation of lathes and overhead cranes as part of a manufacturing team.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm and Friday 8:30am–2:30pm, with an hourly rate of £12.71 and overtime available. Manufacturing and production experience is preferred, with a commitment to equal opportunities and data

Qualifications

• Experience with machine operating, mechanics, or automotive repair is advantageous.
• General assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

We currently have an immediate vacancy within the Assembly team. Due to continued business growth, we are looking to recruit an additional team member to support operations.

Based in Albrighton, Wolverhampton area
