Job summary

Recruitable Staffing in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a busy automotive and manufacturing environment. The role is an ongoing contract with weekday hours.

You will assemble vehicle components, read engineering drawings, and perform basic measurements and quality checks while maintaining high safety and production standards. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly, vehicle build or manufacturing experience.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts
