Job summary

Amberley Hall Care Home seeks a Creative, organised Resident Experience Lead to drive the Connected Living approach and deliver meaningful engagement for residents. You’ll lead the resident experience across the home, coordinating activities and ensuring every resident has opportunities to connect, participate and feel valued.

You’ll lead the Lifestyles/Resident Experience team, partner with Heads of Department and volunteers, plan events and community links, and champion person-centred care

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, lifestyle or resident experience roles within care or community settings.
• Ability to build relationships and organise engaging experiences.
• Leadership and collaboration across departments to deliver meaningful resident engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the resident experience across Amberley Hall.
• Plan and coordinate a varied programme of meaningful activities and engagement around residents' interests.
• Develop community connections, volunteering, events and partnerships.
• Guide and support the Resident Experience/Lifestyles team and monitor engagement.
