- Develop and lead an in-home events plan balancing creativity, inclusion and emotional efficiency.
- Oversee design and delivery of vibrant events across your home with Events Coordinators.
- Personalise event programming around residents' life stories and wellbeing needs.
- Build relationships with external entertainers, schools, charities and community partners.
- Champion intergenerational and inclusive events to bring homes to life.
- Manage event budgets, resources, calendars and promotional materials.
- Track engagement, feedback and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
