Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• A natural ability to build rapport and understand residents
• Ability to create and tailor activity programmes for residents
• Highly organised with prioritisation and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Create and organise a diverse range of activities based on residents’ needs and wishes
• Liaise with residents, relatives and colleagues to encourage involvement
• Make a positive impact on residents’ quality of life through interactions
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve experiences
• Be flexible and adapt activities to residents’ preferences
