Athena Care Homes is seeking a passionate Resident Experience Lead for Amberley Hall Care Home in King's Lynn. You will drive our Connected Living approach, shaping a rich programme of activities, events and community connections to enrich residents’ days.

We value creativity, organisation and people leadership to engage residents, families and partners, with flexibility to support events during evenings and weekends and a focus on person-centred care and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating activities, events, or engagement programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff and community partners.
• Understanding person-centred care and wellbeing through meaningful activity.
• Experience leading others and working with people living with dementia would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resident experience strategy across Amberley Hall.
• Coordinate engaging activities, events, outings, volunteering and community connections.
• Work with all departments to embed meaningful engagement into daily life.
• Supervise and inspire the activities team.
• Support occasional evening and weekend resident events.
