Job summary

Imperial College London’s School of Medicine is seeking a proactive Programme Administrator (MBBS Assessments) to support the Assessment team across the MBBS programme. You will assist the Programme Manager and Programme Officers, manage the Exams inbox, recruit casual staff, and help produce and maintain assessment materials, results, and marking spreadsheets.

This varied role offers opportunities to collaborate across the university, contributing to a world-leading medical education

Qualifications

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Experience in Higher Education desirable.
  • Experience providing a responsive, customer-focused service via a central email inbox.
  • Ability to set deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager (Assessment) and three Programme Officers.
  • Manage the shared Exams inbox and recruit casual exam staff.
  • Produce assessment materials and maintain assessment spreadsheets (e.g. results and marking).
  • Support the effective delivery of MBBS assessments.
