Job summary

Academics is seeking enthusiastic Maths Teachers to work on a full-time or part-time supply basis across Bradford's secondary schools. The role offers long-term placements with ongoing opportunities and a daily pay rate that scales with experience.

You will plan and deliver Maths lessons, assess progress, and support students to achieve strong outcomes while collaborating with school staff and dedicated consultants from Academics.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Maths in secondary schools.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons.
• Teach across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable).
• Assess, track, and report on student progress.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support students' confidence and attainment in Mathematics.
• Work collaboratively with departmental and school staff.
