Job summary

Academics, a leading national education recruitment agency, are partnering with secondary schools across Staffordshire and Cheshire East to recruit Maths Teachers for September in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Roles range from daily supply to long-term placements with £160-£230 per day, weekly PAYE, and a generous referral scheme; an Enhanced DBS (Update Service) is required.

Support from experienced consultants and access to a wide network of local schools.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - Secondary Mathematics.
• Recent experience teaching Maths up to KS4.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan and prepare lessons for long-term assignments when required.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
