Job summary

Academics is seeking a Secondary Maths Teacher for flexible supply roles across Doncaster. You will deliver Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4, adapting to school needs and maintaining positive routines.

QTS or equivalent is required, with strong classroom management and clear communication. ECTs are welcome to apply for flexible opportunities with ongoing support from experienced consultants. Salary is paid via PAYE and ranges between £140 and £195 per day depending on experience.

Are you a Maths Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities across Doncaster?

Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a Secondary Maths Teacher to work on a temporary, flexible ongoing supply basis across a variety of secondary schools throughout Doncaster.

This Secondary Maths Teacher opportunity offers the chance to teach your specialist subject across different schools in Doncaster. Candidates interested in broader supply work can also be considered for general secondary cover roles when subject-specific Maths Teacher opportunities are not available.

Position: Secondary Maths Teacher

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply

Pay: £140 - £195 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

Start Date: ASAP or a start date that works for you

About the Role

As a Secondary Maths Teacher in Doncaster, you will deliver effective and engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils to develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills.

The Secondary Maths Teacher role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers seeking flexible work across Doncaster. There may also be opportunities to undertake general secondary cover, giving you the flexibility to work across different subjects and school settings where appropriate.
