Job summary

Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Ruislip area, starting this September. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and aims to help students develop knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills.

You will plan and deliver curriculum-aligned Maths lessons, monitor progress, and communicate with parents.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) required.
  • Secondary Maths classroom experience essential.
  • Demonstrated passion for student learning development.
  • Excellent classroom management and inclusive ethos.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and safeguarding best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
  • Track, assess, and report on student progress.
  • Liaise with parents and carers and contribute to student reports.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and after-school clubs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong outcomes.

Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated secondary Maths teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the Ruislip area, starting this September.

This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and committed to helping secondary school students develop their knowledge, confidence, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, challenging, and curriculum-aligned Maths lessons, monitoring and assessing student progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents and carers. The role also offers opportunities to become involved in extra-curricular activities and wider school initiatives, helping to enrich the educational experience for all students.
