Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher for a full‑time, long‑term role at a mainstream secondary school in Tameside. You will plan and deliver Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4, while maintaining excellent classroom management and supporting pupils to progress.

The role offers PAYE staffing with market leading daily rates (£150-£200) and on-going CPD, with 24/7 consultant support and a referral scheme. DBS and safeguarding procedures apply.

Qualifications

Are you a qualified Maths Teacher with QTS looking for a long‑term role in a mainstream secondary school?

Can you confidently teach Maths across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4?

Do you have strong classroom management and a passion for helping pupils achieve their potential?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school based in Tameside, who are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher after the October half term. The school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher who can provide engaging Maths lessons and support pupils across KS3 and KS4.

The school is looking to take on a Maths Teacher on a full‑time, long‑term basis. The successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, maintaining strong classroom management and ensuring pupils are supported to make progress.

The successful Maths Teacher will have:

• QTS is essential
