Job summary

TimePlan Education Group LTD is seeking a Maths / Science Learning Support Assistant in London to support students across KS3 and KS4 with targeted 1:1 and small-group intervention. You will work closely with teachers to boost confidence and understanding in maths or science.

The role suits graduates or experienced LSAs with a strong academic background in Maths or Science, a patient and proactive approach, and a commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Qualifications

Strong academic background in Maths or Science.
Degree or relevant qualification in Maths, Science or a related subject desirable
Experience working with children or young people desirable
Ability to support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build positive relationships with students
Good organisational and time-management skills
Patient, supportive and adaptable approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

Responsibilities
