Job summary

Prospero Teaching are assisting a secondary school in South Yorkshire with the recruitment of a Learning Support Assistant. The role focuses on supporting SEND provision and the Inclusion Room, helping students access learning.

This role is suited to someone who can build positive working relationships with young people, maintain high expectations, and provide consistent support to students who require additional help to access learning.

The Inclusion Room offers a structured environment for students requiring short-term intervention, academic support, or assistance with reintegration into mainstream lessons. Alongside this, you will work with students who have SEND, supporting individual learning plans and helping them engage successfully in school life.

Key responsibilities include:
