Job summary

You will help pupils reach their potential academically and socially, working with teachers and SEN teams to adapt lessons and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-class support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
• Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention sessions.
• Assist the class teacher in differentiating lessons for all learners.
• Support pupil engagement, confidence and behaviour in lessons.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and SEN teams to support pupils.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
