Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviours with calm, consistent approach.
• Solid understanding of GCSE Maths and resit provision.
• Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons for varied learner needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with learners, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver GCSE Maths resit sessions with engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Manage behaviour using clear boundaries and positive strategies.
• Deliver maths topics: number, algebra, geometry, statistics, problem-solving.
• Assess progress and adjust teaching to meet learner needs.
• Prepare learners for GCSE maths exams with targeted revision and mock assessments.
• Create resources and activities to support learner engagement and progress.
• Collaborate with tutors, support staff and other professionals to ensure consistent learner support.
