Job summary

Explore Learning Ltd is seeking part-time Tutors to coach maths and English across our centres in the UK. You will deliver tailored sessions using Compass, build strong relationships in a 1:6 group setting, and help students progress through the national curriculum and GCSE content.

You must be 16+ with the right to work in the UK and have GCSE grades 6+ in Maths and English (predicted grades accepted). The role is part-time with fixed weekday shifts and generous progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• A grade 6 or above in Maths & English at GCSE level or equivalent (predicted grades accepted if results pending).

Responsibilities

• Delivering lessons that last by using Compass to tailor sessions and facilitate learning through questioning, scaffolding and stretching.
• Building meaningful relationships with each child in a 1:6 ratio to create a safe, inspiring environment where learners can take risks and grow.
• Driving academic progress by supporting learners through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation, celebrating milestones along the way.
