Job summary

Explore Learning is hiring tutors for our Rugby centre to deliver tailored lessons using our Compass platform. You'll coach small groups (1:6), build meaningful relationships with learners aged 4–16, and drive progress through the national curriculum and GCSE preparation.

You'll work in a supportive team, with clear progression and development opportunities, while upholding safeguarding standards and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or over and have the right to work in the UK.
• Grade 6 or above in Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (predicted grades accepted).
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored sessions using Compass to facilitate learning.
• Lead sessions with small groups (1:6) and build confidence.
• Support learners with the national curriculum, 11+ and GCSE preparation.
• Create a safe, inspiring learning environment and monitor progress.
