Job summary

Explore Learning Bedford is seeking Maths and English tutors to join our on-site team. You’ll coach small groups (1:6), deliver tailored lessons using the Compass platform, and help children progress across the national curriculum and GCSE preparation.

This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 hours per week across at least two weekdays. Candidates must be 16+, have right to work in the UK, and GCSE grades 6+ in Maths and English.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or over and right to work in the UK.
• GCSE grades 6 or above in Maths and English language.

Responsibilities

• Delivering lessons that last, using Compass to tailor sessions and stretch.
• Building meaningful relationships with each child in a 1:6 ratio.
• Driving academic progress through national curriculum and GCSE prep.
