Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group in Aylesbury seeks a Curriculum Manager for Maths to lead a dynamic team and shape the maths provision at the Aylesbury Campus. You will drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring learners receive outstanding experiences and progress to their chosen paths.

You will influence outcomes through culture, coaching and continuous improvement, working with the Faculty Director to ensure high standards and strong student achievement.

Qualifications

• Successful teaching experience with high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Experience leading, coaching or managing teams to improve outcomes.
• Strong curriculum planning and quality improvement skills.
• Ability to use performance data to drive student success.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Maths teachers and coaches.
• Create an outstanding learning environment where students can thrive.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve achievement.
• Lead quality assurance and drive improvement through self-assessment.
• Develop and implement an innovative Maths curriculum.
• Manage budgets and resources to maximise outcomes and value for money.
